A market request often begins with a place name and an uncertain MLS name. The AnyProp MLS Directory lets you search organizations, open their profiles, and follow links to their websites and published information.
The directory covers the United States, including its territories, and Canada. At publication it contains 549 MLS and related organizations: 512 in the United States and 37 in Canada. Entries include shared platforms and associations, so some may serve the same listing system.
What a profile can tell you
Each profile shows the organization’s name, listed location, and website when available. The listed address may differ from the territory its listings cover; check the organization’s site for its current service area.
Some pages also summarize specific information from the organization or its owning association, with a link to the exact source. For example, REcolorado explains its Bridge application route and the different requests for IDX, VOW, back-office, and participant data. CRMLS publishes a data-licensing request. Where an official site gives too little information for a useful summary, the profile contains the basic directory details.
Using it for a real request
Search the city or region your product needs, open the likely organizations, and check their current service areas on their own sites. Then write down the participant, product, intended audience, and data use for each request. Organization names, websites, and relationships can change. If you see an outdated record, send us the correction with the organization’s current page so we can check and update it.
