Pacaso engaged AnyProp to support the MLS data behind its expansion into additional U.S. markets. Under the arrangement described in the August 5 announcement, AnyProp provides normalized listing data through a unified API and coordinates MLS onboarding, licensing, and ongoing compliance work.
Pacaso’s site shows homes ready for co-ownership alongside third-party homes it may consider purchasing. The company says it displays those third-party listings under its brokerage licenses and permissions. As it adds markets, the listings come from MLS organizations with their own agreements and display rules. Pacaso will continue choosing properties for its marketplace; AnyProp’s role is to maintain the data feeds and handle the MLS requirements described in the release.
