About the organization
Unlock MLS describes Web API feeds for IDX, VOW, and back-office products. It uses MLS Grid for the administrative data request, while listing MLS Grid, Trestle, and Bridge Interactive as delivery options.
Data access and display
A vendor needs an active Unlock MLS subscriber who intends to use its service. Vendor and subscriber registration begins through MLS Grid; after approval, the applicant chooses a delivery platform. Choosing Trestle or Bridge does not remove the MLS Grid intake step, and IDX or VOW access follows the applicable written agreement.
