About the organization
Southwest Iowa Association of REALTORS® publishes an MLS subscriber application, MLS rules, and listing-related forms through its member resources. Its August 2024 rules describe the IDX display rights and compliance obligations of participating brokers.
Data access and display
The rules permit IDX participation by qualifying MLS participants who consent to display. Participants must notify the MLS before an IDX display, provide access for monitoring, refresh automated feeds and displays at least every 12 hours, and limit use to the authorized IDX purpose.
