About the organization
The Southeast MLS Alliance is a data-sharing collaboration among separately operated MLS organizations. Its partner listing data is accessed inside a participant’s existing MLS platform through a separate data-source selector, while each MLS continues to provide its own products, services, and rule enforcement.
Data access and display
The Alliance page explains that partner MLS data is ported into the subscriber’s current MLS system and searched as a distinct dataset rather than mixed with the local MLS results. Access to IDX, lockboxes, database tools, and showing services remains with the MLS where the subscriber participates; its partner’s data-distribution page says a CHS MLS IDX feed requires a CHS MLS user or a vendor working on behalf of one.
