About the organization
Northern Arizona Association of REALTORS® operates the Northern Arizona MLS and publishes MLS rules and status guidance for participants. NAAR announced a shared search arrangement with PAAR, White Mountain, and Southern Arizona MLS services, through which subscribers can search partner listings from their own MLS using Flexmls.
Data access and display
The association says partner listings are accessible automatically to MLS subscribers within the shared service area through an added Quick Search option. Its MLS rules require participants intending to display active listings through IDX to notify the MLS and make their websites accessible for compliance review.
