About the organization
Northeast Mississippi Board of REALTORS® rules require participant brokers to submit exclusive-right-to-sell and exclusive-agency listings for residential, multifamily, commercial, and lots/land within 72 hours after obtaining the required seller signatures. A seller may direct the broker to exclude a listing, with the signed exclusion authorization submitted to the board within the same window.
Data access and display
The board’s seller advisory says MLS listings are available to its participants and subscribers, while distribution to third-party real estate websites depends on seller permission. Its guidance distinguishes the 72-hour MLS submission deadline from the separate one-business-day Clear Cooperation deadline after public advertising.
