About the organization
Marathon and Lower Keys Association of REALTORS® publishes separate MLS rules for its service. Those rules provide a specific IDX framework for participating brokers and distinguish public listing display from use of the MLS database for other purposes.
Data access and display
The MLS rules require participants to notify the service before displaying IDX listings and to provide direct access for compliance monitoring. Automatically fed IDX displays must refresh at least every 12 hours; the rules also require source and listing-firm attribution and restrict further distribution of MLS data.
