About the organization
Key West Association of REALTORS® publishes rules for a local MLS whose accepted property categories include residential and commercial property, transient rental licenses, boat slips, lodging businesses, and deeded timeshares. The rules require covered listings within the MLS service area to be submitted, but the public rules leave the service-area definition unspecified.
Data access and display
The MLS rules document IDX display rights for participating brokers. Participants must notify the MLS before displaying IDX information and allow compliance monitoring; the rules also require automatic refresh of IDX displays at least every 12 hours and prescribe listing attribution and data-use limits.
